Wholesale Terms

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The MOQ for wholesale orders is 50 pieces per design (can be assorted in color).

Mixed-product orders are welcome, with a total minimum order value of €250.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Prices are FOB Mumbai Port unless local (Netherlands/EU warehouse) stock is available.

Lead Time & Delivery

For made-to-order products: 4–6 weeks production time from confirmed payment.

For in-stock items: Dispatch within 3–5 business days from our Netherlands warehouse.

Buyers are responsible for customs clearance and duties in their own country (if applicable).

Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated based on order volume, destination, and mode (air/sea).

We offer consolidated shipping for bulk buyers — please inquire.

Payment Terms

New wholesale buyers: 100% advance payment via bank transfer or PayPal.

Returning customers: 50% advance, 50% before dispatch (subject to approval).

EU buyers can submit valid VAT numbers for intra-EU supply exemption.

Custom Orders

Custom designs, colors, or labels are available for bulk orders — MOQ applies.

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.

Returns & Claims

Claims for damages or defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

We do not accept returns for unsold inventory or change of mind.

In case of valid quality issues, we offer replacement or credit note for future orders.

Exclusivity

We may offer regional exclusivity for committed volume buyers. Contact us to discuss.

Exclusivity is granted per SKU and territory and subject to ongoing order volume.
